The Russian Canadian Heritage Foundation of Maria Blagoveshchensky has been registered as a charity because it advances religion by teaching the religious tenets, doctrines and culture associated with Russian Orthodox faith, and advances education by increasing the public’s understanding and appreciation of the arts, through the prevision of artistic performances and seminars.
The Russian-Canadian Cultural Heritage Foundation (RCCHF) was founded in 1950 as a nonprofit organization. It is run entirely by volunteers. The Society's mission is to promote and maintain rich Russian cultural traditions and help new immigrants integrate into the Canadian way of life. Concerts, lectures, folk dancing, drama club, were some of the activities organized by RCCHF. This website is to help those interested in our community, to easily access information regarding our events, receive news updates, and find out more about the RCCHF and our initiatives.
